How does it work?

Nutrition coaching is NOT about giving you a detailed and rigid eating plan, nor is it about restriction.  Nutrition coaching is about using evidence-based dietary advice to help you achieve your goals.  It's about making sustainable adjustments that work for you, not about deprivation or short term fixes.

When you book your first consultation, you'll be sent a couple of questionnaires that will help you to think about your goals and current dietary habits.  Your nutrition coach will review these before your appointment.

Your 30 minute initial consultation involves gaining an understanding of what will work for you, and determining the level of support you need going forward.  You'll then agree goals and follow up frequency with your coach and start to make long term sustainable changes to give you positive steps towards your goals.
